Downsizing and Change of Rubber
My second set of tires finally give up on me, decided to downsize my rims as well from 17" to 15" due to cost cutting. I can only afford crappy tires on 17" rims due to budget constrains of the future.
Another consideration would be that I'm going for a slighly less bumpy ride and also looking at comfort. Went through the internet as usual and you cannot get everything in tires. So decided to go for a mid performance kind of tire that's in between performance and comfort which surprisingly is available in the form of Eagle LS2000 Hybrid II, Michelin Pilot Perceda 2 among the more notable brand and model.
So look out for some comments on my choice of tires soon.

Too bad la no Durex, otherwise that would be my choice!
I end up with the Michelin PP2. Tire spec is 195/55 X 15, made in Thailand. This is something I made a pact with to try out some other brand of tires. I check the internet this model is listed as UHP or Ultra High Performance tire but I doubt so, the high end performance tire from Michelin should be the Pilot Sports 2. The Pilot Preceda 2 is the mid range between the PS2 and the Michelin Primacy LC which belong to the Luxury Comfort range. Initially I was looking for the LC range but they don't have it in the size I want.
Still early days now, so won't review the usage yet, everything new sure good right? Good grip and less noise, so nothing to crow about, let me get more mileage on these sets of rubber and I tell you guys how it is.

Trade in do not command higher price for the size, only the condition of your tire thread. But so far the standard trade in with rims is around $200 to $300.

"Lenoma" - very Italian sounding. Maybe made under license in some 3rd world country to remain competitive pricing/

Re: Downsizing and Change of Rubber
Actually from the outlook it's the same since the diameter remain unchange. My previous 17" also look the same, will consider the coilover when my suspension kaput, but it's still a long time to come, maybe another 2 or 3 years more.
