Anyway, I've just put the orders through. Please see below for details.
Ordered 3 sets for SS, myself and late inclusion Lost. Will advise when the pads arrive. Some savings on freight. Estimated cost per set - SGD68.00 (USD154.88 X 1.30) divide by 3.

Have emailed to inform of wrongly delivered items. As it's the weekend, i expect a reply early next week. May have to return the wrongly supplied items for a replacement. Will keep you guys posted.

Have email to Rockauto indicating my reluctance to bear any freight costs for returning the wrong pads. Let's see what they want me to do. From my experience, they might credit me the amount and may not want the wrong items back as freight would be too costly. If this is the case and offload to the chevy forum. we'll just have to wait and see.

They sent me the normal "asbestos free" brake pads. If there's no need to return then can sell off at chevy forum.

Then you guys got it lucky.. Only need to pay 1/3 of the price.... or maybe even FOC, if can sell at a profit on the other forum...Good luck guys, this could be a double bonus with the growth fund in May!

Just got a reply from Rockauto asking to clarify part no. I sent over the fotos of items shipped against the actual part that i ordered. The confusion is probably because the part no. is the same. But no excuse as prices differs and it's the same item i ordered in Dec 2009, so no excuse actually. Let's wait for the reply.

Some updates from Rockauto. They have contacted Bendix and is now waiting for Bendix's reply as i have provided them fotos of the part that was shipped against the ones that i ordered. Also mentioned to Rockauto there is no way i will accept the wrongly shipped part and request that they expedite the replacement process. So far 3 emails and problem still not resolved. I'm getting impatient...

Relax la bro, what can you do by getting impatient and anyway you don't need the pads like now or immediately, just let things work out themselves.

Great news guys! I just got a reply from Rockauto and they have shipped the correct Bendix CQ ceramic pads. at no extra cost. ETA is 27 April 2011. I need not have to return the wrongly supplied pads. Will try to offload the pads at chevy forum.
