GM to open new 3S center in Ubi

Saw the latest news that GM has announce that they will open up a new 3S center with their new sole dealer Alpine Motors in August 2009. This new 3S which stands for Sales, Service and Spare Parts is suppose to be the biggest in the region for GM which boast of 24 bay service and a 10 car display area. This describe only one showroom I know is vacant there, the former Ford Showroom in Ubi.

open big also no use if the service sux...hehehehe

Hopefully they improve on Service as well.

bros.. anybody here bought their vehicle from SA, receive a letter from Alpine stating about them taking over SA for servicing and something about insurance? This taking over thingy make me confuse big time!

Bro nothing to worry lah.. Just that Alpine is now the servicing agent for Chevy. If you have warranty issues, then bring that up with Alpine. Alpine will now take over Chevy sold by Starsauto for the servicing issues. The insurance thing - you're still free to source for your own insurance. Just that if you let Alpine quote, you'll get additional discount (10% if i'm not wrong) But it's not compulsory to get Alpine to do your insurance. You can get them to quote and check with the others before committing.
